Check-in/Collecting your pet 

All pets will be dropped off/picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY, if we have not arranged a time when booking your pet in please telephone to arrange a suitable time. Please advise as soon as possible if you are unable to make your agreed appointment.

A boarding contract is required for all pets staying with us, which will be signed when your pet is checked in with us.

Health & vaccination

Before staying with us Rabbits should have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis and RHD1, in addition they should also now be vaccinated against RDH2 which we understand is in short supply.  We do not accept any rabbits which do not have up to date vaccinations, it is at the owners risk should any pet become ill during or after boarding with us.

For the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders all animals staying with us must be in good health and ensure all medical conditions have been fully discussed with us prior to our agreement to board your pet. If your pet is under veterinary care for an existing non-contagious condition we are happy to continue in their care programme and administer any prescribed medication at no extra cost.  If we feel your pet is showing any signs of illness or injury we may unfortunately have to refuse to accept them to board with us.

Should your pet become ill during their stay with us, we will inform you immediately and consult our vet. If your pet should then require any medical attention from the vet we will transport him/her there for treatment. We do not charge for this service however note any costs for treatment by the vet must be met by you, the owner.

As the owner your pet will be treated under your name and address.

We can provide food for your pet, check with us to see if your pet is already on a similar product.  Alternatively please provide sufficient food for your pets stay if you wish your pet to remain on the same diet, dramatic changes in food can cause dietry upset.  We will ensure your pet receives plenty of fresh vegetables/hay, fruit and clean water on a daily basis, in addition to any agreed treats which have been discussed with you.

Payment

It should be noted that all payments must be made in full on the day of arrival. The daily rate includes the day your pet is brought to us and the day they leave regardless of the time of day.  If your pet is collected before the agreed collection date any remaining boarding fees will be non-refundable.

Deposit

We do not ask for a deposit when you make your booking and as such all bookings are accepted in good faith. However, this does mean we have reserved a space for your pet, therefore please ensure you inform us asap if you need to cancel a booking.

Failure to honour your booking or notification of a cancellation 72 hours before your pets stay will result in being charged the full amount for the duration of your holiday

Contact and communication

We require your contact details and any emergency contact details should these become necessary during your pets stay with us.

If you wish to receive updates on your pet whilst they are with us, we can provide photos and messages at no additional cost. 

If you have multiple pets staying with us in the same accommodation which we need to separate due to illness/aggression, we will charge for the additional accommodation. You will be required to pay any of these extra costs when you collect your pet.  Please note we will keep you updated with any necessary changes to accommodation during your pets stay with us.

Death

In the extremely unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately and follow your wishes.  If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact we will act on our own discretion.  Please note all pets boarding with us are left completely at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility whatsoever should your pet become ill or a death occur. 

Abandoned Pets

In the unfortunate circumstances that your pet is not collected on the due day and that we are unable to contact you via the information you have given us, we will, after  fourteen days seek to have your pet re-homed.

Our Premises: We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
